Space Station Designer features three game modes:

Campaign Mode: Learn the systems through guided objectives, while developing your company through contracts, expansion, and long-term planning.

Sandbox Mode: Skip the onboarding phase and jump directly into an open-ended management experience with contracts available from the start.

Free Builder Mode: Experiment freely with every unlocked module and create your dream station designs without budgets or operational limits.
