You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or rate limits

When submitting ratings, reviews, or any other content on VAULTD.gg, you agree that your content will:

• Be relevant to the game being reviewed
• Reflect your genuine personal experience or opinion
• Not contain hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language
• Not contain spam, promotional content, or repeated submissions
• Not contain personally identifiable information about others
• Not violate any third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. Terminated accounts may not be recreated without permission.

Game data, cover images, and descriptions are sourced from RAWG.io and belong to their respective owners. User-submitted reviews and ratings remain the property of their authors; by submitting content you grant VAULTD.gg a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.

VAULTD.gg is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that game data will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VAULTD.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the site.

Direct messages are for talking about games with other members. When you use them you agree not to send anything that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexual, or unlawful; not to send spam, scams, advertising or chain messages; not to impersonate anyone; and not to share another person's private information.

Messages are automatically screened and abusive language is refused before delivery. Attempting to evade that filter is itself a breach of these terms.

Anyone can send you one message request. They cannot message you again unless you accept it, and you can decline or block at any point. Blocking stops all messages in both directions.

We may review reported conversations and can remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that break these rules. Serious matters — credible threats, or content involving minors — may be referred to law enforcement.

You must be old enough to hold an account under the law where you live to use messaging. If you believe a minor is being contacted inappropriately, report the conversation immediately.
